Mercedes Mikalaitis is the owner & founder of Tulla Events in Naples, FL. After earning her degree in International Relations in 2002, she began her journey as a corporate event planner and conference coordinator for Sodexo Corporation. In 2007 she took a hiatus to manage her husband's chiropractic practice. In that role her passion for organizing and planning the company's events and operations led her back to the industry she loves full-time.
Having the experience engineering small and large scale events for other companies as well as her own, she has gained the unique ability to personally understand what a successful event can do for team cohesion, your bottom line, and your brand.

When she's not busy planning events, Mercedes enjoys making trips to the beach with her family, serving on various nonprofit committees, and indulging in her passions for cooking and watching soccer.

As the Marketing Manager for Tulla Events, Darcie leverages her extensive experience in corporate marketing, business consulting, and business ownership to drive growth and success for the companies she works with.
With over 20 years of experience, Darcie has consulted with over 100 businesses, guiding them to growth by six and seven figures. She is a skilled strategist who understands the importance of developing strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners through high-quality strategic events.
Darcie is excited to use her strong business acumen and expert planning capabilities to help Naples-area businesses achieve success with their events, no matter how big or small.
Outside of work, Darcie enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, cooking, puzzles and spending quality time with family.
Holly Serno is originally from Colorado and is the newest addition to the Tulla Events team. With her background in psychology and her natural talent for event planning, she is known for working closely with her clients in order to understand their unique vision and bring it to life.
With her keen eye for detail and creativity, Holly ensures that every event she plans is impeccable and exceeds expectations.
In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with her two boys, visiting new restaurants, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
